How long on each area?
One to two minutes is plenty. Don't camp on a single spot for longer than that.
When should I use it?
Before a workout as a warm-up, or in the evening to wind down.
Is it loud?
No — the brushless motor keeps it quiet enough to use on the couch.
Where should I avoid using it?
Stay on muscle and keep it away from bones and joints. If you're pregnant or have a health concern, speak to a doctor first.
How is it different from the Pro?
The Pro is more powerful at up to 3,600 RPM and has a 2–3 hour battery. This one is lighter at about 1.3 lb and costs less.
