As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping, within the United States.

Check your email (including your spam folder) for your shipping confirmation from GlaceWell.
Click the tracking link in that email, or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, or need a hand? Email us at support@glacewellness.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
