How to use it

1. Cleanse. Start with clean, dry, product-free skin.
2. Position. Hold roughly 15–20cm from the area, or rest it on a surface facing you.
3. Relax. 10–15 minutes per session. Keep your eyes closed when using it near the face.
4. Finish. Follow with your serum or moisturiser.

Best used 3–4 times a week. Consistency matters more than long sessions.

Is this a facial-only device?
No — it's a full-size handheld unit, so it works just as well on shoulders, neck and legs as it does on the face.

How long is a session?
10–15 minutes is plenty. There's no benefit to going longer.

Do I need eye protection?
Simply keep your eyes closed when using it near your face, and don't look directly into the light.
